Digital Painting
I created a digital painting of a rose that was done in Adobe Photoshop. I used a wet mixer brush for the background. I kept the blending option to 100% to everything blend easier together and look blurry. I wanted to keep the center of the rose more detailed by using a drier brush with less water added to it. Then, I the outer edge of the rose blurry like the background to keep the focus on the center of the rose. The one on the right is a still life digital painting of a rose I created in Adobe Photoshop using various brushes. I was interested in capturing shadows and the reflections in the water.
